Probate Services are provided via our sister company, The Universal Trust corporation (UTC). As a group we operate a completely transparent pricing policy so that you know exactly what Probate is going to cost. 

The pricing structure is fixed and represents exceptional value for money. We do not charge an additional hourly fee for time spent on the case and we don't add on silly additional costs like charging for every letter, fax or email (as most solicitors will do).

Sometimes Probate can sometimes take longer than expected. If it does we don't make you pay a penny more. Many other professional organisations charge an hourly rate for Probate services meaning that the final bill can be far higher if there are any delays... in fact the longer it takes the more money they make.

And if that's not good enough we also offer a Price Commitment where we will always endeavour to beat a quotation from another professional Probate services organisation.

Our fees for acting as Executor are as follows:

• 2.5% of the gross Estate (tiered on a sliding scale)
• Minimum fee £1500
